Mrs. Rajni Gupta

Rajni Gupta is the Non-executive Independent Director of the Company, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) and holds a certificate of Cost & Management Accountant (CWA/CMA) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, along with a Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She was previously associated with Minda Industries Ltd, Siddhartha Spinfab Limited and her past work experience spans 27 years. Having joined the Company in 2018 as an Independent Director, Rajni Gupta was accredited for executing the most critical change management projects using Six Sigma & TQM.
