A corporate wellness program featuring yoga and meditation brought Sanatan values, attaining calmness, comfort and peace. 'I belong to you' was the opening phrase.
Lamp-lighting ceremony illuminated by MDs, Deputy CEO and CFO. The first brick was unveiled by Mr. K.K. Agarwal and Mr. Baig with the theme 'One_CJ Darcl', followed by panel discussion with core Bhagavad Gita inspirations.
Day one
FTL centralisation alignment among BU heads. Brainstorming sessions across hybrid segments addressing different problem statements, followed by team presentations and winner announcements. Stand-up comedy and drum circles closed day one.
Day two
Diverse departments — Branding & Marketing, Warehousing, Air Cargo, Coastal, Renewable Energy, LTL, IMS, IT and Tracking — presented exemplary work. Rewards and Recognition for long-term service, highest revenue and regional achievements uplifted employee morale.
Day three
Reaffirmed previous days' energy. Segments like Project Logistics, Freight Forwarding, CBD, Finance and HR were projected. CJ Darcl built the event around root organisational values, naming it #CorporateSatsang.
