Subhendu Panja is an MBA in advanced programme & certified professional in Supply Chain Management from IIM, Kolkata and has a rich experience spanning over two decades in the supply chain domain. Having managed various profit centres and spearheaded a multi-modal, road-rail set-up in Kolkata previously, Subhendu Panja’s expertise lies in coming up with cost-effective, customised and efficient logistics solutions and focusing on establishing long-term business relationships.

Mahima Agarwal did an MBA from University of Rajasthan in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. She has a work experience of more than 12 years in the company.

Nitin Agarwal holds a degree in BBA from International Management Institute, Brussels. He has work experience of over 13 years in the company.

Apoorva Kumar holds many prestigious educational and professional qualifications such as – BSc (H), LLB (Delhi University), FCS, E-MBA from IIM Kolkata, and has a vast experience in Secretarial, Finance and Legal departments since the last 22 years at various senior managerial levels. He joined CJ Darcl in May 2002 as the Company Secretary and managed various projects and departments, having played many pivotal roles in Private Equity and Strategic Equity domain in the company. Prior to joining CJ Darcl he was with Yamuna Syndicate Ltd. – a listed company as the Company Secretary.

Aarti Bhargava is the Joint Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and she is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Kurukshetra University as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Guru Jambheshwar University. She possesses an industry experience of over 18 years spanning in finance, secretarial matters and corporate governance.
