Krishan Kumar Agarwal is the Managing Director of the Company with more than 47 years of rich experience in the logistics domain. He is also the Promoter of the Company and has been a Board member since inception. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Kurukshetra University and is closely associated with renowned apex bodies, industry chambers and educational institutions. Hehas steered the company with a team of directors and continues to lead the team with his verve for looking into even the smallest details and keeping a ground level approach. Inspired by ethical practices and transparency, Krishan Kumar Agarwal plays the role of a mentor with a constant pursuit to redefine the world of logistics.

Darshan Kumar Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director and Promoter of the Company, and has been a member of the Board since its incorporation. Being a visionary himself, he brings unique perspectives to the table, with his experience of over 45 years, especially in the domain of fleet operations & management, he has masterminded ways to reduce down-time and increase capacity utilisation and various cutting-edge cost effective measures. As a long-standing member of the team, he also played an instrumental role in fleet augmentation at CJ Darcl. He currently oversees Western India part of the business.

Roshan Lal Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director and Promoter of the Company and a member of the Board since its foundation. With over 44 years of rich experience in transport and logistics industry, he has provided the right impetus from time to time to the East and North Eastern business operations in India. His diverse abilities and in-depth knowledge of the industry greatly helped Transrail Logistics Limited – a subsidiary of CJ Darcl immensely. He actively participates in industry events and associations, besides being a patron trustee of Maharaja Agrasen Research Society, New Delhi.

Narender Kumar Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director and Promoter of the Company and a member of the Board. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Kurukshetra University and has a vast experience of 41 years in transport and logistics industry. He was very much instrumental in strengthening the head office operations, accounting, administration and insurance.Later, he had a successful stint in the NorthEast business operations of the company before spearheading the operations in Southern India.

JunghunBaig is the Executive Director of the Company who holds a Degree in Automotive Engineering. He also successfully completed the CEO-advance Management Program from Catholic University, Daegu in South Korea and an alumnus of the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and has headed various businesses around the world. Besides,he is a certified professional logistician who also possesses a Degree in Chemistry from University of Dankook. His vast experience spanning 21 years in logistics industry, including – marine, transportation & warehousing and logistics planning.

Mr. Hyun Chul Yoo is a Director in the category of Non-Executive Director in our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. He is having an experience of around 16 years, currently, he’s working as an Investor Relations Executive at CJ Logistics Corporation.

Mr. Kim Gwon Woong is a Director in the category of Non-Executive Director in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kookmin University, Seoul, Korea. He is having an experience of around 19 years, currently, he’s working as Head of APAC Division at CJ Logistics Corporation.

Tae Gyun Kim is an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director in our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Accounting from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea. He has experience of around 20 years in development and planning of Business Growth Strategies. Currently in his current role he is Head of Unit of Global Business Planning Division in CJ Logistics Corporation.

Wonchan Lee is a Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director in our Company. He holds a degree in Master of Law from the University of Chicago. He joined our company in August 2022. He has around 11 years of experience in the legal field. He holds membership of the Korean Bar Association and Korean Maritime Law Association.

Hyun Chul Maeng is the Chairman & Independent Director of the Company, and he holds PHD degree in marketing from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Currently he’s working as an Assistant Professor in IIM Bangalore. He’s the Standing Committee Member at Kor-Indo Industrial Forum Advisory Committee, KOPIST (ODA project to invest in Tour Development by Korean Government) in West Bengal, India. His various contributions to the society involve volunteering and supporting several NGOs.

Mr. Subodh Kumar Goel is a Non-Executive Independent Director in the Company. He possesses the qualification of B.E. Hons (Chemical), M.Tech (Process Engineering) from IIT, Delhi and Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI – Distance Learning. He is Performance Driven Professional with prestigious experience & chronicled success of 35 years in spearheading multi-functional roles encompassing B2B Marketing, Business Development, Warehousing Management & Team Development. He retired as Chief General Manager from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) in July 2022 post working at various level in the organization.

Nidhi Aggarwal is a women independent director of the company, and she holds MBA degree from Kurukshetra University. Nidhi has had a successful and accomplished career, spanning 25 years in financial markets as investment manager in Asset Management Companies and as capital market spokesperson for the business houses.
