CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Jaehee Lee holds a BBA in International Trade from Hong Ik University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the prestigiousSogang University, South Korea, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute. Armed with an industry experience spanning over two decades, he has worked with renowned brands such as Samsung and Daewoo before leading the subsidiaries of CJ Logistics across various countries since 2009.
