CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Mr. Guydeuk Yeon

Guydeuk Yeon is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts in philosophy from Dongguk University and master’s degree in arts from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is currently working as a professor with Christ University, Bangalore and also holds the position of Director at the Centre for Korean studies & Centre for Digital Innovation. He has previously worked as sales compensation project manager at Oracle India Private Limited. He has 20 years of experience in academia and as a project manager.
