CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Mr. Hyun Chul Yoo

Hyun Chul Yoo is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in economics from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. He was previously associated with the HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Seoul Asset Management Co., Ltd. and has an experience of 16 years in asset and investment management. Currently he’s working as Investor Relations Executive at CJ Logistics Corporation.
