CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Nitesh Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (business and management administration) from University of Bradford as well as a postgraduate diploma in management (family managed business) from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. He has been working with our Company since August 1, 2006. He has more than 18 years of experience in the transports and logistics sector.
