CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Sanjiv Garg is an Independent Director our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in arts in economics and master’s degree in arts in economics from University of Delhi, Delhi. Further he holds a master’s diploma in public administration conferred by Indian Institute of Public Administration and master’s degree in philosophy from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has experience of 41 years in the railways sector. He has worked with Ministry of Railways in the past and is currently serving as the director in Pipavav Railway Corporation Limited.
