CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Yun Young Kwak is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Korea Aerospace University, South Korea. He has experience of 17 years working in finance division of CJ Logistics Corporation and CJ CGV Co. Ltd. Currently, he is working in the finance division of CJ Logistics Corporation.
