CJ Darcl Logistics has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed Initial Public Offering.

Vineet Agarwal holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from IIPM (Indian Institute of Planning and Management). He also holds a B.Com degree from Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi and Diploma in e-Xport Management from the Academic Council of Indian Institute of Quality Management & Foreign Trade Development Center. Vineet is also working with Transrail Logistics Limited, in the capacity of a Director on the Board.
